A Mexican influenced sauce, chorizo, green chilis, and a cheddar/mozzarella blend of cheese are perfectly cooked in a brick oven. Then we top it with chopped romaine, diced tomato, onion, lime infused creme, and topped with pieces of corn tortilla chips.
